1. Who we are and scope
Lensux is run by Javi Morales, Lange Str. 75, 76530 Baden-Baden, Germany (“we”). These terms govern your use of Lensux, for consumers and for businesses alike. The contract language is English or Spanish.
2. What Lensux does
Lensux automatically checks public web pages against UX laws, usability heuristics, accessibility criteria (WCAG) and design best practices, and shows the issues it finds with recommendations. Results are automated assessments: they don't replace a legal accessibility certification, and we don't guarantee any particular result such as more conversions.
3. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password safe. Only audit websites that you own or are allowed to audit, and don't use Lensux to overload, attack or scrape third-party sites. You are responsible for the costs of any AI provider whose API key you connect.
4. Free trial
The free trial lasts 3 days and needs no payment details. It ends automatically; it never turns into a paid plan by itself. After it ends, your saved reports stay available, and new audits need a paid plan.
5. Plans, prices and payment
The plans and prices are those shown on the pricing page when you order. All prices are final prices in euros. Under § 19 UStG (small business) no VAT is shown or charged. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month through Stripe. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for the lifetime of the Lensux service; if we ever discontinue Lensux, we'll tell you at least 3 months in advance.
6. Term and cancellation
Monthly plans run for one month and renew automatically for another month each time. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing month, either on our cancellation page (no login needed) or by email. We confirm every cancellation in writing. Both sides may terminate for good cause at any time.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you have the following right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal policy
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Javi Morales, Lange Str. 75, 76530 Baden-Baden, Germany, email: info@lensux.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result. If you requested the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

8. Availability and changes to the service
We aim for Lensux to be available around the clock but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, for example during maintenance. We may develop the service further, as long as the main features of your plan stay available.
9. Your content
You keep all rights to your websites and data. You allow us to process them only to provide Lensux to you.
10. Data processing on your behalf (Art. 28 GDPR)
When Lensux processes personal data for you — for example through the heatmap snippet on your website or personal data contained in pages you audit — we act as your processor. We process this data only on your documented instructions (these terms and your settings), keep it confidential, protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access control, EU data storage), help you answer data-subject requests, report personal data breaches without undue delay, and delete it when your contract ends unless the law requires otherwise. You agree that we use these sub-processors: Supabase (database, EU), Netlify (hosting), Resend (emails) and, for AI features, the AI provider you choose. We'll tell you before adding a sub-processor so you can object.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act and where we have given a guarantee. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation (one whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible at all and on which you may regularly rely), limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Otherwise our liability for slight negligence is excluded.
12. Changes to these terms
If we need to change these terms, we'll email you at least 6 weeks before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.
13. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory provisions of the country where you live. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Baden-Baden. If a provision is invalid, the rest of the terms remain valid.
